Driver recruitment, selection and training are a painstaking and expensive process. We know how important this process is and take pride in finding and training all of our drivers.
Prospective drivers must produce a valid commercial driver’s license; have at least two years of driving experience and a clean motor vehicle record. A fair amount of testing and classroom training must be accomplished. New drivers are assigned to professional experienced veteran driver’s for on the road training for at least two weeks.

Wages and Benefits

- Pay: $0.65 per mile
- Paid load and unload - $30/each

Driver Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL
- Tanker and Hazmat Endorsement (must have or willing to obtain)
- We will train you to pull tankers if you have never done so
- TWIC Card – We Pay for it! (Must have or willing to obtain)
- Must Pass DOT drug and alcohol test
- Clean background with minimum of 1 year driving experience
Job Responsibilities
- Operate vehicle in accordance with company and DOT regulations
- Load and deliver at customer locations on time
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operations
- Maintain daily company and DOT requirements
